PCI Strategic Management - Responsible for systems engineering associated with acquisition planning for an ACAT I MAIS program, integrating the U.S .Air Force Pay and Personnel system..

•         Oversaw active monitoring and troubleshooting of the enterprise network infrastructure, including Remote Locations, Traffic Management Center, E911 Services.

•         Led a $59M initiative to upgrade trunked radio services across the city with state of the art P25 Trunked Radio systems.
